We Are All About
Digital Transformation
We truly live in exciting times. New technology is coming in waves, and like real waves they can be overwhelming. But they can also be fun to ride, at least for those who know how to surf well.
Since something called the Internet came around, we have already experienced several waves with rather big implications for all industries and society: e-commerce, mobile, social media, streaming services to mention just a few. And while all of these waves continue to roll, some more are right in front of us: digital IDs (driven also by EIDAS) and AI in all its flavors.
Business models change. Behaviors change. Processes change.
Within the turbulence of all these changes, our focus is especially on hotel technology and ID tech.
From pre-stay communication to online check-in, from mobile keys to networks, from payment gateways to ancillary revenue, from Netflix streaming to local experiences.
If used in the right way, technology provides wonderful tools to improve guest experience, efficiency and profits. But beware: not every new overhyped gadget or technology makes sense. And as for all tools, we have to know how to use them best. Last but not least, timing is important – neither bleeding edge nor laggard usually makes a lot of sense.
“With our help you separate hypes from real waves. We advise you about the best way to use them. You will get the timing right.
And then you’re gonna ride these waves.”
